Christina Gonzalez, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience supporting start-ups, non-profits, high-growth organizations, and multi-state operations. With more than 16 years of experience in organizational and leadership development and over a decade in strategic HR management, she specializes in aligning human capital strategies with business goals to drive performance, sustainable growth, and organizational effectiveness.

As the CEO of Empowered HR Consulting Services, LLC, Christina serves as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses throughout the Central Valley. She provides strategic guidance across employee relations, regulatory compliance, workplace investigations, workforce planning, benefits administration, compensation and total rewards, and organizational development. Her expertise includes leading comprehensive HR audits, managing complex leave and ADA processes, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and delivering executive-level coaching and training.
